Pan Cake Global Style

 

 

Ingredients:

      • 1 cup maida/all purpose flour
      • 1 and 1/2 cup milk
      • 1 cup mashed over ripe bananas
      • 1 tsp baking powder
      • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
      • 1 cup powdered sugar
      • 1 tbsp butter/refined oil
      • 1tbsp honey/chocolate syrup for garnishing

 

Preparation:

 

      • In a bowl mix all dry ingredients thoroughly
      • then gradually add milk and make it in a semi liquid consistency
      • Grease a pan with some butter/oil and  pour a laddle of batter and spread it
      • cook on medium flame and flip it and cook till it gets golden brown on both sides
      • Yummy and delicious pancake is ready
      • serve it with honey/chocolate syrup
