A PALEO DIET is a dietary plan based on foods similar to the Paleolithic era, which dates from approximately 2.5 million to 10,000 years ago.

 Fruits you can have on paleo diet are     Apples, bananas,     oranges, pears, avocados, strawberries, blueberries and more.

Vegetables you can have on paleo diet are     Broccoli, kale, peppers,     onions, carrots, tomatoes, etc.

Choose free-range,     pastured or omega-3 enriched  eggs for paleo diet

Beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, pork and others are allowed on paleo diet

Tubers like   potatoes, sweet     potatoes, yams, turnips, etc. fall under paleo diet

You can have Fish      and seafood on paleo diet     Salmon, trout, haddock, shrimp, shellfish, etc. Choose wild-caught if you      can.

Nuts and Seeds like almonds, macadamia nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and more are also apart of Paleo diet

 Healthy  fats and oils like Extra     virgin olive oil, avocado oil and others are a part of paleo diet.

Paleo diet contains  salt and spices such as  Sea-salt, garlic, turmeric, rosemary, etc.

Try to choose grass-fed, pasture-raised and organic if you can afford it. If not, just make sure to always go for the least-processed option.
